Our daily yoga sessions combine the wisdom of Tantra and Hatha Yoga, practiced while sitting on a chair or mat—perfect for all age groups, including seniors.
Sessions include:

  • Mantras for vibrational cleansing
  • Meditation practices for inner calmness
